The Super Bowl means two things...party and food! This Super Bowl we encourage you to get into the end zone and bring something that will be a sure crowd-pleaser. And of course, Drop’s here to help.
Here are four tips to help you plan the most delicious Super Bowl party.
Incorporate local fare
This year is all about Seattle and New England, so why not bring a little of these flavors into your party? Whether you’re from either of these areas, or as far away as can be, you can still make your guests feel like they’re cheering for the home team with the flavors you use. Representing the Patriots, make a big pot of chowder and serve with our homemade dinner rolls. And for the Seahawks, serve a great Seattle coffee with our biscotti.
Easy to eat finger foods
As your guests mingle and enjoy the big game, finger foods and snacks will be high on their desired list. One great option is fresh baked soft pretzels that you can offer with a myriad of different dipping sauces, and these can be as large or as small as you’d like. And it’s not the Super Bowl without wings. Our Sriracha chicken wings are sweet with a fiery kick and sure to get those taste-buds flapping for more.
Don’t forget dessert
It’s not a party without the sweets! And what could be more football than our game day inspired Whoopie Pies? Find these and more sweet recipes in the Drop Kitchen app.
Balance your menu with something healthy
Some of your guests will probably want to keep their healthy New Year’s resolutions going, so prepare a healthful dish that everyone can enjoy! Try our sundried tomato kale chips or fruit & nut bars.
